The Everest of startup challenges and Its Essential Lesson
Today I woke up with the same feeling I went to sleep with yesterday. It’s like some kind of blueness. Aurélie immediately noticed it and offered to talk about it.
At first, I refused, because I knew this could possibly be an energy-draining activity for her, but she insisted. She offered me the opportunity to help me find the cause, so I took it.
My focus in life is on three things right now: my health, my business, and our house. These three are backed by a strong relationship with Aurélie.
The fact that my health is in the first place is not a coincidence: I need lots of energy to be able to build my business.
To be very honest: I’m not putting a lot of energy into building our future home. I’m mainly responsible for the budget, partially managing the construction parties and once in a while, roll up my sleeves and do some real work. Aurélie pays most of the unforeseen bills *and* rolls up most of the sleeves.
