Wake up at 06:00

As I focus on getting seven to eight hours of sleep every day, waking up at six in the morning is perfect. Sleep has gotten more of my attention during the last year. People like coach Fabrice have inspired me to read more on the subject, and it appears sleep deprivation during middle age is related to Alzheimer’s disease.
