I still meet people who have never heard of Joe Rogan, the world’s most popular podcaster, although he’s created no less than 2186 episodes to this day. When I started listening to him interviewing a spectrum of interesting people, particularly on topics of health, fitness and longevity, it changed my life — and the lives of tens of thousands of people around the world.

In episode #2060, he interviews Gary Brecka: human biologist, longevity expert, self-proclaimed biohacker and co-founder of the 10X health system. He coached UFC commentator Dana White through his arguably amazing transformation.

In this same episode, Joe talks about his current morning/workout routine, and this seems compelling enough to share it with the world.

Also: Rogan is an extremely fit person. I would estimate him at the top 0.1% of the world in terms of fitness. So I tried this routine myself, to give you an indicator how normal people can benefit from it.

Overview:

  1. The arduous cold plunge
  2. The Body(weight) warm-up
  3. Hit the weights — or the bag
